Known for great steaks since 1872, the Prospector Dining Room features the best Western beef and other great grub this side of the Pecos!

We've got a 32 ounce steak on the menu or a nice 8 ounce petite filet depending upon your level of hunger! Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7:00am until 9:00pm, there's something on the menu for everyone's taste.

Oh, we serve mountain sized portions (in addition to the mountain sized steaks) so come hungry!

Don't forget, if you need meeting space for group functions, the Tin Star Dining Room seats up to 50 people or can accommodate receptions up to 80 people. Our Calaboose Room seats up to 20 people for those needing a smaller meeting space or for a private dining experience.

Perfect for weddings, meetings, family reunions....you name it and we'll make it happen. Bring your bed roll (or use our nice, comfortable beds) and plan on staying awhile as you discover the wonders of the nearby Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest.
